1.
Who can register
Registering is your confirmation that you are legally free to marry and are searching on your own behalf or for someone who has asked you to.
- You must be of legal marriageable age under the laws that apply to you, and legally free to marry — unmarried, divorced, widowed, or separated where the law recognises it.
- A profile created for a son, daughter or other relative needs that person's knowledge and consent.
- One person, one profile. Duplicate profiles for the same individual may be merged or removed.
- We may decline or withdraw a registration where the account does not meet these conditions.
2.
Accurate information
Other families make real decisions based on what your profile says, so the details you publish need to be true and kept current.
- Name, age, marital status, religion, education, occupation and income should be accurate at the time you enter them and updated when they change.
- Photographs must be of the person the profile describes and recent enough to be recognisable.
- Do not misrepresent identity, marital status or intent, and do not upload documents or photos belonging to someone else.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity that happens under your login.
3.
How the platform may be used
This is a matrimonial service. It is not a channel for harassment, solicitation, or unrelated commercial activity.
- Treat other members and their families with respect. Abusive, obscene, threatening or deceptive behaviour can end an account without refund.
- Contact details and other information you see through the platform are for your own matrimonial search only — not for marketing, resale, bulk messaging or passing to third parties.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not attempt to scrape the site, bypass access limits, or interfere with how the service runs for others.
4.
What other members can see
A matrimonial profile is published to be found, so treat what you enter as visible to other members unless a setting says otherwise.
- Profile details you complete are shown to other members through search, matches and profile pages.
- Contact information is released according to your membership plan and the platform's own contact rules, not automatically.
- Privacy and photo-visibility controls are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- Anything you send another member through the platform may be retained for support, safety and abuse handling.
5.
Membership, payments and refunds
Paid membership buys access for a fixed period, and that period starts when the payment is confirmed.
- Plan benefits, contact allowances and validity are those shown on the plan at the time you pay.
- Membership is time-bound. When it expires, paid features stop and the account reverts to free access until it is renewed.
- Fees are not refundable except where a specific plan or a written service commitment provides for it, or where the law requires it.
- Unused contact allowances do not carry over to a new plan, and an account closed for breaking these terms is not refunded.
- Pay only through the payment routes offered on the site or at a listed office. Payments handed to anyone else are outside our records.
6.
What the service does and does not do
The platform introduces members to each other. It does not vet them for you, and it does not promise an outcome.
- We do not guarantee a match, a response, a meeting or a marriage.
- Profile content is supplied by members. We do not independently verify every claim about identity, income, education, family or marital status.
- Verification badges, assistance from an outlet, promoter or relationship manager, and any AI-generated suggestion are aids to your own judgement, not a substitute for it.
- Before you commit to anything, verify independently — meet in person, involve your family, and check documents yourself.
- Access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control.
7.
Suspension and closure
Accounts can be moderated, suspended or closed where these terms are broken or where members are being put at risk.
- We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or close it where information is false or a member is being harmed.
- Serious cases — fraud, impersonation, threats — may be acted on immediately and reported to the authorities.
- You can close your own account at any time; ask through the support channels below.
- Some records may be retained after closure where they are needed for legal, accounting or abuse-handling reasons.
8.
Limits of our liability
We are responsible for running the service; we are not responsible for how members behave towards each other.
- The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not liable for the conduct of members, on or off the platform, or for decisions you take based on what a member tells you.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any liability we do have is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are heard by the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
- The agreement between you and Matrimony Management is governed by the laws of India.
- The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
- Please raise a complaint with us first, using the contact details below — most issues are resolved faster that way.
10.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change as the service changes, and the date at the top of this page tells you which version is current.
- We may update these terms; the effective date shown on this page always reflects the current version.
- Where a change materially affects members, we will give notice through the site or by email.
- Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
